Hey there, SmartLeadzzz!
To use SmartLeadzzz’s digital marketing services, you must follow these rules. Please read them carefully. You agree to be bound by these terms when you access or use our services. Please don’t use our services if you don’t agree with any part of these terms.
Service
The digital marketing services that SmartLeadzzz offers are, but are not limited to:
- search engine optimization.
- social media Managing and marketing
- Advertising with pay-per-click (PPC)
- Email Marketing
- Getting Leads
- Content Marketing
- Analysis and Reporting on the Web
A different service agreement or plan that is agreed upon by both parties will spell out the exact services and results that will be provided.
What the client needs to do
This is what the client agrees to: Give the correct and up-to-date details needed to do the work. Work together to carry out the agreed-upon plans and tactics. Make sure that any pictures, text, or logos that are sent in do not violate the rights of others. Not following the rules could affect when and how services are delivered.
Terms of Payment
All fees must be paid as stated in the service agreement or bill. If you pay late, you might have to pay interest or have your services stopped. You can’t get your fees back unless you agree in writing to do so.
Results and how things went
SmartLeadzzz works hard to provide excellent marketing services. But because digital marketing and market conditions change all the time, we can’t promise specific results like higher rankings, more leads, or more sales.
Intellectual property rights
Unless agreed upon otherwise, during the service term, SmartLeadzz will make original material that will belong to SmartLeadzz until full payment is received. After the full payment is made, the client may get the rights to the material but not to any unique tools, processes, or third-party leased assets.
Keep things secret
People involved in the engagement agree to keep any private, non-public information shared between them secret unless the law requires them to do so.
Limitation of Liability
If you use our services, SmartLeadzz is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses that happen because of it. If someone makes a claim about the services we provided, we will only be responsible for the amount the client paid for those services.
Getting rid of
With written warning, either side can end the agreement, as long as they follow the rules set out in the individual service agreement. At the end of the agreement, the client must pay for all services provided up to that point.
Sites run by outside groups
It’s possible for SmartLeadzz to use outside sites like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn as part of its service. We are not in charge of any changes, downtime, policy changes, or service problems that happen on these sites.
Changes
We can change these terms whenever we want. New terms will be put on our website and, if necessary, sent to clients via email. If you keep using the services, that means you agree to the new rules.
Laws that apply
The laws of TamilNadu, India, will rule and interpret these terms, regardless of any principles that say one law should have control over another.
